Olufemi Kolawle a.k.a Impact as he is fondly called, is a purpose-driven leader, author, and social impact advocate whose life and work are rooted in the belief that purpose, when properly positioned, has the power to transform lives.

Olufemi Kolawole is passionate about helping individuals with finding personal meaning and purpose, maximizing their humanity and birthing newness. His work focuses on helping young visionaries, creatives, and purpose-driven minds discover their unique voice, sharpen their competence, and prepare intentionally for the evolving global landscape. Through his work, he challenges young Africans to build capacity, clarity and courage to see and take their stake in the future of the world.

He is the convener of Goldmind Conference, the founder of Fund My Dream Africa, he is also the lead at Edge Of Hope Africa, a non-profit equipping young Africans with the skills to maximize their potential and make meaningful contribution to the advancement of the course of humanity.

He is a co-founder of CastWaters Investment, a platform linking investors with entrepreneurs of African descent.

Olufemi Kolawole believes that a potential unrealized is a future deprived, both for the individual and for the collective.

He is happily married to Kolawole Abiodun Anita, the family lives in London, United Kingdom.
